Did this a few weeks ago, for a friend's birthday, commissioned by his girlfriend.
I must admit to not knowing anything about Dr. Who, so all I know is that this is the two of them stepping out of the Tardis. That's their cat on top—name's Hambeast/Kitten.
Fun piece, since I actually like drawing stuff I'm not familiar with.
