Well, iVerse surprised me today. Apparently they got Bonnie Lass #3 available on their store this week! If you've got a mobile device that makes use of apps, you can check out iVerse Comics+ to purchase your copy of Issue #3 right now!

For those of you who prefer ComiXology, or just purchased the other two issues there and would prefer to keep the series isolated to one vendor, please hold tight! I'm pretty confident that ComiXology will get it next week; I'll let you know when they do!

Issue #3 picks the pace back up from Issue #2 while still laying on a healthy dose of new exposition. Plus, the giant Leviathan is finally revealed! You're also getting 29 pages this round, so again it's another pretty hefty issue!

The borders are pretty fun to make... I just draw with a hard edge brush just start branching the curves out of each other. I apply a Stroke effect to the layer and voila! It's got an outline!
Then I just do some clean up to get rid of noticeable jaggies, as well as (sometimes) smoothing an inverse selection of the layer and then just hitting delete to really clean up the edges.
